Memories can be strengthened by Emotions, Places and Stories
With stories memory become strong, and we can memorise more things. Story, place and emotions are foundation of some of our strongest memories.
The memory palace technique is used to memorise things with ease, in this you just add things in the real route that you know, that you are aware of.
we can plant false memories into mind by confirming it and repeating it multiple times.
Our memory is error prone, but the future and past is somehow linked in the mind, so if someone forgots about the past then the link to the future also lost.
Our mind is a time machine we can go back and throw, in memories and imagination with ease. It allows us to troubleshoot upcoming experiences, to think through the ways in which events might unfold, potential obstacles that might come up, and the ways in which we might deal with those obstacles.
And some scientists say the simulation engine between your ears does something even more profound It weaves together memories of the past and dreams of the future to create your sense of self.

Eyes are the parts which will active during dreams
You can remember your dreams, just drink 3 glass of water before going to bed, and you will wake up multiple times during night and you will remember all the dreams
dreams are mostly happens before you wake up
Neurones are the basic units of nerve system, this neurones communicate using electric signals, surgens simulated this dream visions using electric signals on exposed brain of patients.
Some scientists said that dreams are the message from subconscious mind. but some other scientists don't agrree with this.
In Lucid dreaming you can influence your dreams.
Dreaming about the task is the part of the process of improving our memory while we sleep.
But dreams also help us to forget. Forgetting is the important part of learing and it is really important to erase data that brain doesn't need. it's called REM sleep It also help us to forget about traumatic experiances.
REM sleeps dreams are designed in way that they give all the possible answers out there for the question insteed of settling on one specific answer.
